Register for a Program

Registration for the 2025 summer program line-up will open early next year, please check back.

Personal retreats and individual stays can be booked up to 24 months in advance.

You can register for programs online using a credit card or by mail using a check or money order. While we are not able to accept reservations by phone or email, we are happy to speak with you and answer any questions you may have about Adelynrood, upcoming programs or your registration.

 

Individual or Group Stays

We welcome overnight guests not associated with an Adelynrood program. Visit Reservations for details about individual and group stays.

Program Online Registration (credit card payment)

Online registration for Summer 2025 programs will be available in January/February timeframe. Please check back.

  • Visit the Events page and find the specific program you want to attend.
  • Click on the link for online registration through a secure third-party site.
  • Find program information and instructions on how to register for a specific program.
  • Your registration includes the program fee, meals and single room lodging if the program includes overnight stays.
  • Indicate any dietary or accessibility restrictions in the comments field.
  • Submit your form and watch your email for your confirmation.
  • Notify us of any change in your plans at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival. Contact our Reservations staff at 978-462-6721 ext. 31.
  • Contact us if you have difficulties with online registration.

Program Mailed Registration (check payment)

Visit the Events page and find the specific program you want to attend. Follow the registration directions for that program and be sure to:

  • Include your current email address on your registration form. Your reservation confirmation will be emailed to this address.
  • Indicate any dietary or mobility restrictions on your registration form.
  • Mail your completed registration form and check to:

*If there is a waiting list when your registration is received, you will be added to a waiting list and contacted if a space opens. If space does not open or you decide not to register, we will return your full payment.

General Registration Information

Here are a few basics about registration and your stay at Adelynrood.

  • Guest rates if you are not attending a program are available here.

  • If you want to stay at Adelynrood before or after your program dates, contact our Reservations staff at 978-462-6721 ext. 31.
  • Room check-in is 3 p.m. Check-out is 11 a.m.
  • Specific rooms may not be reserved.
  • Indicate any dietary or mobility restrictions on your registration form.
  • Carefully review your confirmation when you receive it. Notify us of any changes at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival.
  • Free wireless internet is available.
  • Gift certificates are available for purchase. See the House Coordinator during your visit or call our finance staff at 978-462-1589 ext. 14.
  • Scholarships are available to assist with program fees, room and board or travel.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

Your deposit includes a non-refundable $50 processing fee.

  • Reservations canceled more than 21 days before your arrival date are refundable, less a $50 processing fee.
  • Reservations canceled less than 21 days before your arrival date are not refundable.
  • Your deposit less a $50 processing fee may be transferred to another program in the same year.
  • There are no refunds or credits for late arrival, early departure, or meals not eaten that are part of a program package.
