Program Registration

Our events tend to fill rapidly, therefore we encourage you to register early.

Registration Process

Registration is done by mail only.

A non-refundable deposit must accompany your registration. The deposit will be applied to the total cost of each event.

  • $100.00 for each conference & retreat
  • $50.00 for each one-day program

To register please mail the registration form along with your check.

  • Please include your current e-mail address on your registration form for a confirmation of your reservation via e-mail notification. OR... include a self-addressed stamped envelope for a written confirmation.
  • We are unable to accept registrations by phone or payments with credit cards.
  • Please remember to indicate any dietary restrictions on your registration form.

Waiting list
If you are on an event waiting list and we are not able to accommodate you, we will return your deposit check.

Room Check-in/Check-out
Your room will be ready at 2 pm.
Check-out of bedroom time is 10 am.

Individual Reservations Change Policy

Kindly notify Adelynrood at least 48 hours in advance of any changes in your reservation so that we may adjust your invoice.
